These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Reservd platform and related services. By accessing or using Reservd, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Reservd operates exclusively as a software escrow intermediary. We do not guarantee the condition, delivery, or legality of any item sold. By using Reservd, you agree to hold Reservd harmless from any disputes, chargebacks, or losses arising from interactions with other users.
Reservd acts solely as a software intermediary to facilitate secure holds via Stripe. We are not the merchant of record for the physical goods being sold. Transactions occur directly between buyers and sellers. Reservd does not take possession of items or funds; we provide technology to authorize holds and enable sellers to capture or release them.
Users are strictly prohibited from using Reservd to facilitate the sale of firearms, illegal drugs, heavily regulated goods, or any items that violate Stripe's Restricted Businesses policy. Violators will be permanently banned and funds forfeited. We reserve the right to suspend accounts and report illegal activity to authorities.
Sellers are responsible for the items they sell. In the event of a buyer chargeback, the Seller's connected Stripe account is liable for the disputed amount and any associated bank fees. Reservd is not responsible for resolving chargebacks or disputes between buyers and sellers. Sellers should retain proof of delivery and communication with buyers.
All sensitive financial data and identity verification (KYC) are handled securely by Stripe. Reservd does not store your Social Security Number, bank routing numbers, or unencrypted government ID. When you connect your bank account for payouts, Stripe performs the required verification. You agree to Stripe's Connected Account Agreement and Service Agreement where applicable.
Reservd reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will post updated Terms on this page. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. For questions, contact us through the app.
